Chelsea welcomes Shaun Foster who has signed for season 2019. Shaun has spent the past 4 years at Hastings and was a member of that clubs 2016 premiership side. He was Best and fairest at Hastings in 2017 and league runner up in 2017. He was a member of the MPNFL Team of the year in 2016 and 2017. Prior to joining Hastings he played seven years at Bonbeach and played in the 2013 grand final. Shaun plays wing - half forward and will be an important signing for The Club in 2019.
